The FHIT Team Guidance Consult was designed to provide helpful information to players in a team setting about the landscape of the next level. The seminar will help coaches and players understand the different pathways available to them and what best fits their current needs, goals and budget. In the past, these sessions have covered numerous topics including what scouts look for, the difference between draft, tender and the various tryouts.
